How much does it cost?

This is of course the question we hear most often, and the only one that we can't fully answer on-line. Because we base our prices on many factors, such as time, location, and size of vehicle, we do need to get some information from you to provide accurate pricing. You can learn more about our pricing policies on our pricing page or just give us a call and one of our agents will let you know an exact cost!

What features do your vehicles have?

While specifics may vary from vehicle to vehicle, we do have some standard luxury amenities in each of our vehicles. When you step on board a limo or limo bus from Limos Buffalo, you can expect to find the following: Plush leather seating, hardwood flooring, custom color-changing lighting throughout, coolers stocked with ice, amazing sound systems, CD players and iPod capabilities, large TVs and DVD players, privacy windows, and more!

Can I drink on the vehicle?

Absolutely! Just keep in mind that you must be of legal age and you must bring your own booze on board. We cannot provide alcohol for you, and there is zero tolerance for any under-age drinking.

Can I smoke on the vehicle?

No, all of our vehicles on non-smoking. However, we do allow unlimited stops in your rental, so you can take as many breaks as you need.

How do I know if the vehicle I am interested in is available?

All you have to do is call or email us! Our booking specialists have our complete schedule in their system, and they can look up any date quickly, even if it is a year in advance! It is best to book early in order to make sure you have a large variety of options. Our vehicles are first come, first serve.

Am I able to cancel if my plans change?

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations after a reservation has been made and a deposit is put down. We have this policy because we cannot offer the bus you have reserved to anyone else while it is promised to you, so if you cancel, it is difficult to find somebody else to book it.

Can I book a vehicle at the last minute?

Absolutely, as long as we still have one available! However, we recommend reserving a vehicle at least a couple of weeks in advance. Our vehicles book up quickly, so that way you can be sure that we can still offer you a vehicle that will work well for your needs.

Does everybody have to be 21 to ride a party bus?

We do not have a minimum age to ride on our party buses or limousines. However, we cannot allow anybody under 21 to have alcohol. We want you to have fun, but we cannot break the law.

How long can I book the vehicle for?

As long as you want. We charge by the hour, so it is easy to add extra hours if you need them. We do have a six hour minimum, but after that, the length is up to you. You are able to go past your contracted time as long as it does not conflict with another client's run. If you choose to do so, the overages will be due in cash at the end of the run.

What happens if something gets damaged?

You will have to pay for any damages or excessive clean up. Damage and clean up fees are clearly stated in the contract. If you have any questions about how to avoid them, ask your driver or booking specialist. They will be happy to give you some tips! We want to make sure that you are never charged for something that wasn't caused by your group, so we have put some checks and balances in place to be absolutely sure of who does what. A detailer and your driver walk through the vehicle before it gets sent out and write up any damages that they see. When the bus arrives at the pick up location, you are welcome to walk through and point out anything that you want to make sure we have written down. At the end of the run, the driver will walk through again to make sure there are no new damages. You may join them in this process if you wish. They will bring the vehicle back to the shop, and the detailer that walked through before the bus was sent out will go through it again to make sure the driver did not miss anything.
